Hi Russ; am sorry that this is a problem for you, and not sure if I can help; however, there are many that say they have Intercysterial Cystites with this/these conditions, and for me, althoughnot  a bad problem, there are days that I take an Ural Flush  ( there are many Over the Counter Products from Pharmacies) for flushing out the bladder.   This may help??? plus drinking plenty of water in the morning (perhaps not so much at night if your bladder annoys you more at night).............best that I can do.  However, if this doesn't help, am wondering have you spoken to GP/Urologist, as it may not have anything to do with ME, but something to do with your Urinary System??................Bron

Hi, Russ. I had the same symptom of frequent urination. I was diagnosed with a condition very common with ME/CFS: interstitial cystitis. I've been able to control it greatly with diet. For instance, I avoid citrus and chocolate. Google "interstitial cystitis" and follow that diet to see if it helps you.

      Hi Jackie,

I use tea tree oil rubbed in the soles of my feet, where the pores are the largest in the body so it's absorbed fast into the blood stream. I use it for down below itching symptoms, I think caused by Candida/thrush but it's also said to be good for interstitial cyctitis.

Taking Grapefruit seed extract by mouth also keeps it at bay, and Myrrh tincture.

      You're welcome Jackie,

Just one thing, make sure you get high quality essential oils if you're going to use them on your skin. Aromantic's good.
