Frequent urination that comes and goes.

I'm asking if anyone has a flare up with frequent urination that comes and goes.

the first time I had this was in October

and lasted about a week I felt like I couldn't empty the bladder.

went to ER had a ct scan ,blood Test ,urine test and digital rectal exam that came back large but normal as did all my other tests.

The issue was gone for 12 weeks then

out of no where it was back in January

lasted 10 days I visited ER they did all tests and nothing

I was referred to urology

they did psa,came back at 0.65 normal

also another urine test and testing the flow and ultrasound all was good.

they didn't really have a reason.

I went back to my primary Doctor

sent me to physical therapy for my back issues

2 bulging discs and back pain.

telehealth appointment with my urologist and gave me flomax

said he'll follow up late summer early fall

to see how this works out

he thinks its luts/ bph but I'm only 37 and

he also noted if it didn't clear up we can schedule a scope to see the bladder.

still have the issue on and off shows up

from time to time not as bad as the first time.

spicy food makes my bladder inflamed

I have ditched the flomax and take only the oxybutynin when needed once per week if that.
