Frequent Urine problem from Last 1 year

Hello Friends,

I am having frequent urination problem from last 15 days and last 1 year it became more worst ,waking up in the night also frequently.Approached different Urology doctors for this problem and they told me that the Bladder capacity/pumping is very low(Detrusor pressure is 14),so due to this I am getting frequent urine and also the urine flow also very low.

And Doctors suggested me that, need to take help of "Self Catherisation".

Friends ,could you please help me if you have any other alternative solution for this problem. My life became misarable due to this .Could not able to survive happily.

Kindly help me and provide some information.

    I have. you either need to be referred to the Whittington Hospital NHS in London, LUTS unit, or privately Prof Malone-Lee in Harley Street. Find either on the web. Good luck

    I've been doing CIC. It really helps. You will feel much better after trying this method. I've been doing it for around 3 and a half years. I am 71 years old. Your bladder, will be empty, and it feels great!!!
