I saw this and i am pretty sure it wasn't there yesterday its on the outside of my foreskin under my penis i suffer with psoriasis and was wondering if this was that? it doesn't hurt its not sore or itchy feels a little rough but smooth, what could it be ?

My concern is with what the top picture is showing on the right side, this looks like dried dead skin cells! Are you using some kind of skin care regime because of your Psoriasis?
The skin of your penis does not look healthy at all - and I also have to wonder whether you have a regular hygiene regime such as having a shower every morning?
Has it been detailed to you how you should look after your genital skin and region?
Are you getting the support of a Dermatologist or do you regularly visit a Hospital Dermatology Department?
What age are you? Are you sexually active or do you masturbate regularly?
