Friction burn or STI symptom?

Hello,

I noticed 2 patches around my penis head that seem to be the product of a friction burn or an STD.

Im going to an STI clinic this morning.

I noticed this days after having sex(penetrative protected, oral without). What could this be? It doesn’t hurt or smell or anything, I have no other symptoms. Is this an STI or skin related? I'm scared it could be syphilis.

During intercourse I felt the condom being way too tight on my skin.

    it might be yeast related or something your putting on your skin in the shower do u use any soap on there ?. as that could also be the cause

      I spoke to a dermatologist and went to a sexual health clinic.

      Both said it didn't look like an STI and one prescribed Ciprofloxacin which I've started taking.

      I just did the tests today, will keep you updated

      All my tests came back negative. I just have a yeast infection that I need to get treated
