There are other things that may cause loss of pigmentation of the penis foreskin apart from vitiligo?

    I have host pigmentation in my foreskin from vitiligo. my doctor inform that reason was stress. he recomended sleep more and take care with stress.

      yes, vitiligo cause loss of pigmentation. The question is: there sre other causes?

      More commonly vitiligo and loss pigment due to skin damage.

      Other conditions that cam cause pigment loss are Halo Nevus, Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis, Tinea Versicolor, Pityriasis Alba, addison's disease.

      There are thousands of skin diseases in the dermatology.

      I think your foreskin may be due to vitiligo or skin damage. You better see a dermatologist that can recieve you in person and give you the right diagnosis.

      what you mean for skin damage? could friction from sex or masturbation cause loss of pigmentation?

      Sometimes skin damage cause hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation. it may be due to injury or trauma. The best way to be sure is to see a cosmetic dermatologist. Without personal diagnosis,we can't say what it is 100 %
