Friction pumps on head of penis

So when i was younger i lived in a house with all girls and i didnt have much privacy dont ask me why but i jacked off in my draws once and ended up getting friction pumps on the head of my penis which makes my penis sensative and in return makes me nut earlier then i would like. i thought the pumps would go away but it never did, this happened like 4 years ago ive asked doctors is there anything they can do but they siad no but ik they dont specialize in that so im sure they wouldn't know if theres anything to do. i would like to go to a doctor that specialize in this but theyre so expensive. So i was wondering if anybody else was going through this and found out a way to get them off or at least make them not so sensative imageimage
