Friday Weigh Day

Today was my doctor weigh in.  You may remember that last month I was really depressed having lost only 1Kg in the previous 4 weeks?  Well today I registered  a 4Kg loss!!  I can only assume that when i got weighed last month I was holding water and some of this loss is actually accredited to the previious month  so I'm looking at this as a 5\kg loss in 8 weeks (11Lb in old money) which is not bad and a total loss so far of 12Kg in 16 weeks.  Still got a long way to go (and a holiday coming up un 4 weeks) but feeling motivated smile

That's really positive to hear, are you just sticking to a low calorie diet or doing exercise too??

Thanks. I'm sticking to a low calorie low fat diet with at least 30 mins on the wifi fit every day Mon to Fri. At the weekend I'm less strict about the diet though I always write everything down on my fitness pal (including the wine). I try and get out for a walk or something too but don't always manage it.

Oh well done. That is super news and not surprised you are delighted. Don't think about the long term and what is still to be done, just concentrate on that holiday of yours - the fact that you will be going on hoiday feeling a lot better. By the way, did you get my email at your work address? I last weekend but not sure if you got it as haven't heard from you. Let me know if you receive it and if not, send me your home email privately and I'll re-send it to you. Bye for now. x
