Friend needs help with her boyfriend

Hello my friend's boyfriend has been having lost his sexy drive, and has been numb on the head of the penis as well as the balls. This has been going on for years now. He won't go to see the doctor so I was hoping to see if you could help me figure out if it's anything major

Was this man EVER on Finasteride, antidepressants, body building stuff or any drug either prescribed or recreational. 95% of men with his kind of symptoms will have a history of drug use or will be actively still on some medication or drug.

Well then I am sorry, this is the bit that I simply do not believe. You see,  I am a professional that does this for a living. I am a doctor who looks after people with sexual dysfunctions. What your "friend's" boyfriend has got is drug induced. It is either prescribed or self-medicated. It may be the legacy of something he took in the past and no longer takes. There is no other explanation for his symptoms and denying this is not going to work.
