Could someone please tell me if i can break a 45mg Mirtazapine in half or is that too much of a drop,getting terrible headaches and anxiety since taking 45mg.Thank You in Advance.

depends on how long youve been on that dose and previous dose

ive stopped cold turkey before now and it was horrible, can you get a pill cutter and do 3/4? x

+Thank you for replying,just very unsure about lowering but i feel my anxiety has been worse since i took the 45mg,yes i shall get a pill cutter feel stupid that i never thought of that,once again thank you for reassuring me.Maggie

no worries maggie, and that is a really high dose, when i was on it 30mgs didnt suit me only 15mgs x
