I'm 1-1/2 weeks from lung surgery. I still have my drainage tube. My front muscle now feels like I'm being stabbed and is swollen. Is this normal and how can I get relief

3 months ago i have pneumothorax in my right lungs and until now i still feel pain in my front muscle and my up right abdominal muscle totaly missing , base on my searching on this group and ask my doctor it will be fix to normal again slowly by time
