Frozen shoulder

I'm looking at manipulation of my shoulder soon. Any idea how long I'd be out of work? Is the pain better after surgery?

I had MUA about a year and a half ago.  My only regret is I didn't have it sooner.  I missed three days work.  Within a few days it felt much better.  I now have nearly full rotation of my shoulder.  No pain.  I can sleep on my left side again.  So thankful I had it done!

I am two weeks out of surgery. They removed a large amount of scar tissue and manipulated my arm. Pain was very severe for about 4 days, I had to use my good arm to move my bad, the pain was so severe my brain wouldn't do it. I wouldn't have been able to work. I would say about one week and my pain was about a 3 out of 10. Very happy I had the surgery much more ROM already and less pain. I do have a lot of pain during PT but I think that is normal. Good luck.
