How long does this pain with FS last? It's terrible. Looking at manipulation soon. Had anyone had relief from that?

The real freezing pain and loss of movement started once the cortisone wore off.
I went from only having pain when laying on my affected arm to having pain starting about an hour after I went to bed no matter how I lay in bed. The pain lasted all night. The arm wasn’t able to go higher than 20-30 degrees abduction.
I was on Tramacet which didn’t help. Motrin helped a bit.
From talking to others, the acute frozen stage lasts anywhere upwards of 3-4 months. The worst pain is at the start of the frozen stage and will gradually ease. Just stick with it, things will improve.
I forgot to mention this is my second time with FS. The first was 12 years ago and it lasted a total of 9 months from freezing until thawed. But I knew this time it would be longer as my pain is worse than the first time.
I think the OAT may have worked but I will be holding my breath for the next few weeks, just in case.
