Frozen shoulder ACR operation post 18 weeks and struggling

hi everyone one here

.

posted an awful lot about FS and everything about it. don't get many replies any more compared to 2 years ago.

.

messaging any one who has had surgery. i had decompression and full 360 capsule release 18 weeks ago.

.

the ache from the joint is still haunting me nightly. its more surrounding muscles and tendons.

.

had two guided steroid jabs bicep and capsule at 12 weeks. it was on fire with pain.

now fighting supraspinatus muscle its having a real tantrum. stopping me getting to the hand cuff position when exercising.

.

still having PT twice a week with ultrasound. i am now back at work as a carpenter and finding it hard now to sleep again ( we all know about that dont we)

.

any ideas on how to recover . i am now at month 31 from the start if all this and tried everything.

.

have an injury science therapist guiding me and a sport PT . doing all the stretching and exercises to keep it scar free.

.

ITS COMMING TO END OF YEAR 3 SOON AND STILL HOLDING ME SHOULDER.
