I really hope not! I am getting over my second one and one of the things that has kept me going is the thought I will never get it again....

Hope you are feeling 100% soon xx

Thank you . First was about 5 years ago and second 2 years ago. Both times only solved with surgery after months of no sleep and constant pain. Then physiotherapy for months to gain full movement. Good luck with your recovery. x

Had frozen shoulder in right shoulder two years ago resolved by physio.

Am now getting that lovely, sickly pain that painkillers only knock the edge off back in the same shoulder.

Frightened that I'm in for the big freeze again.

Not sleeping much due to menopause and night sweats anyway, five years and counting.

Read post about hurt but tried two versions and the side effects were marginally worse!😀

also get aches in Sun muscles where twisted ankle once.
