Frozen Shoulder, I think it's happening again

Curious how many have had this horrible thing happen more than once?

I was diagnosed by my orthopedic doc back in winter of 2016.  Cortisone injection, physical therapy.  Almost a year to regain my ROM.  Thank God the horrible pain episodes only lasted maybe 2-3 weeks.  I still can't sleep on my left side, and some tenderness in the area just below my armpit toward my back never completely went away.  It's been like a constant reminder that it happened to me.

The tenderness seems to be getting a little worse.  My ROM is still okay.  Starting to feel an occasional sharp twinge in my upper arm though, and that's got me concerned, and even scared.

Curious how many of you have had this happen more than once.
