Frustrated and scared

Hi, I have found this forum incredibly helpful. I was diagnosed two years ago with AKS, under the same umbrella as Psoratic.. but the disease attacks tendons attached to joints. It's so much fun!   I am a performer, sing songwriter and vocal coach and am at the piano four hours a day.  The flare ups recently have come in my spine in the thorasic area as well as my feet (Plantars Facsiatis) and lucky me, my wrists.  The Enbrel I am on worked beautifully for the last two  years and now only works for one day.  My Rheumy suggested I combine Methotrexate with Enbrel to help the drug work better.  

   Is anyone using Methotrexate with their TNG blockers? Any side effects? I hate being on all these big gun meds but would be grateful to stop pain almost at any cost!
