frustrated with psvt's

Ok so I'm on atenolol 25mg once a day, since September of 2015, and for about three days now I've been having mild episode of svt, but they come when I'm tryna settle down for the day and go to slp at the same time at nite, my hr doesn't get above 100 tho, has anyone else experience this? Thanks

    i use to be on atenolol for svt but after a while it stopped working

    I'm on Diltiazem (a calcium blocker) which is what works for me (so far). I have not had an episode while sleeping, but certain movements do activate it, so you many find laying on one side of the other helps.  For me, it's raising my arms up high or bending over to pick something up, tie shoes, etc.

    ​I'm a golfer, so picking the ball out of the cup may trigger it.
