Frustrating symptoms of hiatal hernia

Well i'll start by saying that, my hiatal hernia has changed my life.....i was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, gastritis,esophagitis, and gerd like 4 months ago. Chest pains, back pains, throat pain, sore throat, throat tightness, heartburn, feeling as if food is stuck in my throat, burning feeling in ribs, stomach and chest, arm and armpit pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, añxiety, blurred vision, fatigue, excessive belching, stomach gurgling, when i drink something i can feel it going down the left side of my chest (like near my heart), dry mouth, sour/metallic taste in mouth, diarrhea, omg the list goes on. This thing makes me absolutely miserable. I was using Omeprazole but its wayyy too strong and i dont know what to take for it. Can anyone help me??? Please 🥺
