Just wanted to ask a couple of questions.

Can some/ any of you still do housework properly?? I do what I can, and my daughter helps me, but obviously I think no one can do it like me!!! I can see things that need doing and it's stressing me, as I can't do the reaching etc. I feel bloody useless sometimes. I want to clean the house thoroughly, but can't!!!

I will put the other question separately.

Thank you for listening.

Your not useless Mel.....at the moment your suffering a disability. The big jobs will keep, you are the important thing at the moment and you not over doing it is what matters. I am fortunate enough to have a cleaning lady that comes in 4 hours once a week, but I understand that you being able to see things that need doing and arnt getting done would be stressful. Maybe just try and do the basics and see if Isabelle can give you a hand once a week to do the bigger jobs? It's so frustrating not being able to fo what we are used to doing and how we like it done 😩

Hi Mel - Nope not been able to do any housework for weeks! Well I say not any but I can dust at waist level - can't clean my windows and lifting the hoover is still agony! It stresses me out but then I think to hell with it it'll have to wait untill I can move my shoulder properly - I only do the minimum sad  I find cleaning the bathroom especially painful cos I know that's the one place if people visit that has to be kept ultra clean!!! It's so difficult reaching up!!!! Lol
