Full ache in groin and left testicle with pain in left side of abdomen.

I have had a dull ache in my left testicle for about 10 months. recently i have realised the pain is kore in the tubes behind and left side of the groin. The pain seems to now have moved up the left side of my abdomen. With the occasionally shooting pain but usually feels like trapped wind. I have seen multiple doctors and have been for an ultrasound. Which has come back clear. I am now waiting on another ultrasound and specialist.

i was wondering if anyone had any similar experience to this and what the outcome was if any?
