Monocyte count - observation 0.25 x10^9/L [0.2 - 0.8]
Eosinophil count - observation 0.16 x10^9/L [0.04 - 0.4]

Receptionist said they was normal??
But I've noticed it says Out of range can someone help me understand please

Don't be alarmed if they're barely out of range. If the receptionist says it was normal live with it and ask for a re-test in a few weeks. Different labs have different ranges so what may show in range in one can also show out of range in another. I don't think u have anything to worry about.

Your platelets are only very slightly elevated, nothing to worry about yet. Platelets can go up with inflammation and I'd only be concerned if they remain elevated for a long period of time (>1 year). If you're worried, you could get a follow up count in a few months.
