Full ear dizziness 5 days help

Hello just recently returned from a trip and now my right ear feel full and i have some dizziness and unbalanced feelings. I do have some post nasal drip. I feel better for a bit after a steamy shower but it doesnt last long. I do have a doc apt but am having anxiety about this now. Any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I tried yawning pinching nose and blowing. Only left ear will pop right one will not.
