i have just had a full knee replacement 6 days ago i cant take strong pain killers and i am in so much pain its aching and i cant bend it , feels like a tight band around it , i cant sleep either feels like the worst thing i have ever done
the swelling is still so bad i am elevating it ice packs every half hour

You have my sympathy! The only comfort I can give you is that it WILL get better. My right knee was replaced 17 years ago and is still good. Unfortunately my left one needs doing now. We shall see ....
