You could have Patulous Eustachian tube in that ear. One of the complications from balloon dilation is that the Eustachian tube gets opened too much and doesn't close like it should. This causes a fullness in the ear. Do you hear your own breathe or voice?

Try a nasal stinging, it helps inflame the Eustachian and may help it close.

Mix 4 teaspoons of salt with 1 cup of warm water. Lie face up at the edge of your bed and extend the neck off the side at a 15 degree angle. Apply 4-5 drops in the nostril of the affected side and immediately drop your head 45 degrees to the floor. It stings like crazy but should radiate your ear. Do this 2-3 times a day for 2 months.
