Fullness in right side of head

I'm wondering if having BPPV will cause a heaviness feeling in your head and make your eyes feel heaving after standing for too long. Thanks.

    No. BPPV causes brief attacks of violent spinning if you get your head into the wrong position. It doesn't case heaviness, and the only effect on the eyes is the spinning. There are plenty of other causes for your condition. Sinusitis could be one, or an ear infection.

      Thank you. Just wondering because I've been suffering from this for about 2 months now. Trying to get to the bottom of things.
