Fungal infection

I was treated with antibiotics for approx. 10 years.  I developed a dark, VERY itchy spot on my back which is now the size of a large hand.  Dr.s have treated me with terbinafine, two years, and am now on fluconazole (little pink pill) for the past seven weeks.  Constant yeast infection, toenail fungus and now starting on my fingernails.  Anyone else have this issue?  Any ideas?

Lisa its more than likely the continuous taking the antibiotics thats causing and keeping the yeast infection. 10 yrs. is a very long time to be on antibiotics, Theres a very high chance you have candida in your system. look it up on google, the symptoms and then the diet you need to be on and foods to avoid, sugery food is a def no no as it feeds the yeast infection.  The anitobotics are weakening yoir immune system badly too.

Ive had candida several times so i know how horrible it can make you feel as well. its only eliminating certain foods like sugary foods and sweets ect.  yeast white flour, white rice, white pasta, taking probiotics daily and drinking plenty of water that will get rid if you do have this.

Dr.s kept putting me on antibiotics for hat they thought was sinus infection.  I stopped about 6 years ago but am having a heck of a time with it.  I have been eating really well, no sugar or white flour, processed foods or junk but still have 1 cocktail a night.  It just doesn't seem like it will ever get better.  Ive read and read but am really going no where fast.

I get constant oral thrush. The sides of my mouth split and are very sore. White tongue and teeth in the mornings. Not pretty. Have been on long courses offluconazole but soon as I stop taking it, back it comes. Seems that this fungus is very hard to get rid of.

I get that as well.  I am taking a supplement called Yeast Cleanse, by a company called Solar Ray that seems to be helping a little.  Only been on it for four days but have noticed a difference in my mouth.  They smell horrible and you have to take six a day but I figure it's worth a shot.  Also when I brush my teeth instead of wetting toothbrush with water I use hydrogen peroxide.  This also seems to help a little.  You have to cut sugars out.  And really just about everything except veggies and  meat.
