fungal infection or early lichen sclerosus

Hi everyone,

This website is so amazing. Thank you so much to everyone that contributes and answers questions. I've learned a lot throughout the years without ever posting.

Roughly one month ago, I went to the dermatologist because I noticed an adhesion on my corona margin. The doctor looked at it for 3 seconds and immediately said: "it's balantis... it's probably fungal" He gave me a antifungal cream which I have been taking for the last 2 weeks. It doesn't seem to be getting much better.

I just noticed some white patches on my foreskin. My foreskin has been wrinkly my whole life. It also is red sometimes, but I usually don't have any issues. I do seem to have very prominent veins on my inner foreskin.

I have a white patch on my foreskin that is only visible under some lighting conditions. I noticed that area is very itchy. It is only visible sometimes (some days yes, others no) and only in certain angles can I see it.

Hello, I also have this before. The white dry patches means it's getting better and will get better when cured continuously
