Im experiencing fuzzy/cotton wool headaches where I feel all disconnected and can't think straight. I take Sertraline....could this be a side effect?

Ive been on 200mg for about 3 months now it started off at 25mg then went up month by month to 200mg.
I have had depression 17 years anxierty only started in December the mirtazapine I was on for 6 years stopped working.
Psych wanted to put me on Prozac because thats the drug he liked to prescribe but my GP had already put me on sertraline and Id tried prozac twice before and it didnt work.
Sleep is still a problem as the mirt knocked me out but the setraline is not doing that
I have had 7 CBT sessions which has helped with the anxiety and now Im on a waiting list to have a more robust therapy for my depression
