had this for 38 years. started getting shacky feelings an tremors in my chest an through my body so scarey. anyone else get this

Hiya,
I have this too, I've had an ECG and all was good.
It happens most when I'm in bed at night and can't get to sleep and when my alarm goes off in the morning. I don't know if it's when I wake with a start that sometimes causes it too. If it's the same as me it's a fluttery kind of crawly feeling in the centre of my chest, really unpleasant. Sometimes I feel all over body tremors but inside my body, it isn't visible on the outside.
Have you seen anyone about it?

Hi Elaine I get this too had it for years ... was put down to part of Fibromyalgia

I get what feels like a vibration sometimes in my chest sometimes all over -assume its fibromyalgia. It's generally when I have a flare up. I try to ignore it.
