GA and another possible option for treatment

I hope this is ok to post. A company called Bliss Kiss has an oil developed for nails and cuticles. Another GA sufferer was in a trial using the oil for Eczema and psoriasis and they let him in the trial also. He reported after 2 months his spots were gone. I called the company yesterday. They started a FaceBook page for eczema, psoriasis and granuloma annulare. They are interested in getting a group of GA people to do a trial. Bliss Kiss told me the pictures from the above individual showed remarkable improvement. They are interested in hearing from others with rare skin conditions. They ARE NOT saying this is a cure!!! They don't even know if it will work on everyone, but if it helped one it's worth a try. I ordered mine tonight. I am going to take pictures before I start so I can compare after a month if there is improvement. I've had GA 1 year and have tried Dapsone, paquinil, and light therapy without success. Administrators please let me know if this is not allowed.

Is there a phone number to reach this company?  Are you saying that the person had GA but entered the trial for psoriasis?

I got there number from their website, but it is 360-507-8334. The company was started by a lady that had bad nails and cuticles and developed this oil. They have found that some peoples with skin problems have been helped. This individual heard about their trials, called them an asked if he could be in a trial. I could have but the trial had been going on for 2 weeks, so I couldn't. They now just want to try and help anyone with a rare skin condition. Again they are not saying they can. I was the 2nd person to contact them after reading it on this forum.

Hi thanks for that. I have also contacted them for some more information like you said anything is worth a try. I have suffered for three years and it only seems to be getting more widespread despite steroid creams light therapy and now anti malaria type medication. Thanks again will keep everyone posted if I get anywhere.

They told me someone else had contacted them, so it must have been you. They sound like they really want to try and help people. Did you like their fb page? Ana the owner posted how it helped her 2 sons with skin issues they had. I too have tried the antimalarial and leprosy drugs.

They do not have any trials for GA started yet. I went ahead and ordered a 4 oz bottle and will take pictures before I start. I told them I want to be in the trial when it starts and you need before pictures.

I've had GA for 4 years and it's spreading uncontrollably. I've tried steroid injections, creams, and leprosy drugs. My doc wants me to try the drug Humira.

Have any of you tried this?

Mine has spread everywhere badly. I have read some studies done in the UK where Humira has helped some, especially when taken with Methetrexate. Someone posted she developed drug induced Lupus on Humira. Keep us posted. I want to try the ROM (3 antibiotics taken once a month for several months. i don't understand how it works, but have read several studies with it.

I asked my dermatologist about ROM and he would not prescribe it. He said the treatment has worse effects than the GA.

Is the trial free, if so then it is a real trial or they are trolling for customers

It will be a free trial if they decide to do one. They send free product for you to use. I'm buying mine because they don't have a trial yet and I wanted to get started. They are not are not trolling. Everyone I know of has reached out to them.
