I tried gabapentin 300 up to 900 mg for 3 months. Actually, made my RLS worse, and I wasn't able to get off ropinerole or tramadol. Anyone else have this experience?

Is Gabapentin even a real drug? I was on the strongest dose that the doctor could prescribe per day.
Now on Pramipexole 3 times per day. I take it 3 times per day 2, 4 and 6pm can now sleep through the night. My new doctor wants to switch me to the patch, this is fine as long as it works!
