Hi Jonbhoy, I am on the same dosage and have only be on it for a few weeks. Like you I have had a slight headache, flu like symptoms, plus acid reflux - a bitter taste in my mouth all the time which is getting me down.Tried medication to help this without success.  I told my doctor and she is taking me off Gabapentin. Of course this medication does work for a lot of people and they put up with the side effects if they have them because of the benefit they receive in easing their pain.

I am on gabapentin but larger doses.

Its possible it will calm down but have,a chat with your Dr to be sure.

When upping the dose your body has to adjust.

    Hope it helps ,a little.

    I am on 600 x 3 a day x

Hi there, Thanks for your input.  I know 300 mg is obviously a relatively small dose and I know a person`s body has to adjust to the change but it has taken it`s toll on me and the thought of increasing the dose does not appeal.  I am, however, glad to hear that it is helping other people with their pain.
