I’m only having problems sleeping, I dropped from 300 to 200. I take klonopin and melatonin and Benadryl to sleep. I tried to do it without Benadryl but I keep waking up at 1 and 3 and can’t fall back asleep. I don’t want anything but herbs as an alternative. Can I replace melatonin with something new? I’ve been taking it for years.
