Gabipentin and escitalopram,

      Gabapentin is FDA approved for certain epileptic seizures as well as diabetic nerve pain. There are peer reviewed journal reprints regarding the use of gabapentin in GAD. It works, in that regard, for me.

      For me, it nullified any side effects of Escitalopram. I have been on Escitalopram for exactly 30 days, started at 10mg, went to 20mg at day 21. Gabapentin will improve your sleep. It’s not really sedating, but taking 800mg an hour before bed, sends me off to sleep quickly.

      If I am on 600 t ice at day, at least, the only side effects I have are light headness if I was laying down and got up fast, as well as decreased libido, that’s really all.

    I take gabapentin 800mg 4x day and Escitalopram 20mg. I take it because it works as an anxiolytic for me. What are you taking gabapentin for?
