This is my review and experience with the GAINSWave therapy procedure. I made an appointment for the closet office that provided this treatment and got a free consultation. They listened to my issues and confirmed my health. They were supportive, professional and nice. But I did notice that there was no actual Doctor here. Just nurse technician/therapist. So basically, that means they were trained in this procedure and followed the rule book. They were young woman that were following the plan. I voiced my concerns but I could tell they really could not relate or provide much else besides exorcises, Arginin and Citrulline supplements and GAINSWave sessions. So I was told I need 12 sessions.
My blood test results from primary care doctor was perfect. Nothing wrong with me. I just have slight high blood pressure and take 20mg of Lisinaprol. Weight 250lbs 6'2". 54 yrs old. (BP at 120/70 with pills).
I go to gym daily and drink a green smoothie for lunch every day. You would think I would be fine. But no, when I get super excited I do get hard but it will not last more than 5 min. I will still be excited and get off talking to a girl while masturbating. But I wont be hard. Cant penetrate or if I do penetrate it will go soft fast. My primary care Dr proscribed Viagra. Those DO work. I am able to have sex several times to completion, Keep hard while masturbating for 2 hours multiple times. But when not on viagra it feels kinda numb like not enough blood flow. If I continue masturbating without Viagra while talking to a girl online I will ejecualate without being hard. Very disappointing! I do wake up every morning with a 1 hour erection without Viagra. Until I tried to masturbate then it will go down.
The treatments did nothing to effect any of this. They felt like I was just getting massage. I do feel better down there in a muscle relaxed way but those treatments did nothing to even hint as making masterbation or sex without Viagra possible. No change at all. I feel this procedure if a hoax that helps some guys with a false sense of success. But its all in their heads. Placebo effect. I would not recommend this procedure to anyone. At $3k it is money wasted. Just spend the money at the gym and get Viagra.

My dick got worst.
tried to talk to a Doctor, They are in between doctors.
My dick is damaged bad 12 visits so far, blood flow down and feeling bad.

Mine too, after only 1 visit. And I didn't even really have a problem! The procedure was totally preemptive, now its like a wet towel down there. Guess I'm going to have to go to a urologist but I'm still hoping I return to baseline soon...

i have the same problems as you, i have chosen not to try other ways of achieving an erection, everything is so expensive, i can not use Viagra or anything similar,
do you have a testosterone deficiency ?

I had the Worst experience. My results are negative. After 2 rotations of 6 sessions my dick got worst.
Blood flow to the head 50 % less , I now have a downward curve in the first third. No one will answer any questions, I wish I never met these people. I believe that that devise was turned up to high resulting in tissue damage. Gain Wave will not answer any calls, The office here is closing, I am out 3k. I have a dead dick. I p****d,

You're not alone man, any updates? I go back to my doc in December, would love to keep in touch. I'm thinking about talking to a lawyer...

It grieves me to hear that your experience has not been good! So far, I have just over $1270 invested and I belief that if I continue to gain length, girth, firmness, and reliability of my erections, it is worth every penny!
