Gallbladder

I am a 23-year-old female who started getting bad right abdominal pain over two months ago. Vomiting, fever, more gas all came along with it. I’m in most pain at night time and I even tried changing my diet staying away from greasy foods.  I got every possible scan and they all say they came back normal. I just repeated the HIDA scan yesterday and I got a 63% after injecting the CCK. They said 35% is normal if I remember correctly. So what does this mean for me? Just be stuck in this pain? I can’t take it anymore. The pain is bareable now. Before I was unable to even walk

    Maybe you have an ulcer?

I got told that gods scan are not always right that it depends on that day. If I was you I would try my best to save your gallbladder if that's the problem because I had mine taken out in October and I have had nothing but problems, not everyone will have problems but I do and it sucks! But like I said it could be an ulcer and not your gallbladder, have you had an endoscopy done?

I was checked for ulcers, I have had one of those endoscopes done as well they didn’t find anything but a slightly inflamed stomach. It’s now 7:30 Am and I’m in a lot of pain again every time inhale I get a shocking feeling and it hurts like crazy, and I get lower back pain sometimes. I even had the right shoulder pain randomly. Now I’m to the point where it’s a little more random, except for at night and depending on what I eat.

Your doctor needs to be familiar with the gastric system for starters. It took a very long time for my doctor to diagnose my gall stones but all patients with gall bladder problems or with other gastric problems for that matter need to be diagnosed what the problem is without delay because I spoke to two people who's gall bladders were on the verge of killing them.  That was their statement which I believe is true.

I managed to pass a couple of my stones which was very unpleasant after drinking a fowl drink of lemons and olive oil but that method is deemed to come from quacks!  Afetr that I took ursodioxycholic acid tabs on script that reduced the biggest stone from 17mm to 10mm. I do not have any symptoms now 2 years later.

The above is not for everyone but it does work for some..... There is pplenty of reading on the net and much of that is from actual doctors who know what they write. It's either urso or a Cholosystectomy.

I knew which one I would choose if my symptoms came back.
