Gallbladder and periods

hello,

I'm 34 years old and I am really struggling. I'm due to have my Gallbladder out next month.( anything has to be better than this)

the question I have though, are there any ladies out their that had issues with their monthly cycles (spotting daily in my case) before they had their gallbladder out. I know it is possibly a really silly thing to say as I know they are not connected and I do have PCOS but in all honesty this problem has been on and off since I got diagnosed with gallstones last year! any help would be great.
