Gallbladder attacks??

I've been getting sick every 2 weeks. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite and can't eat, chills. It starts for a couple days, then the pain starts. Upper right quadrant under my ribs, in my shoulder, and going down my right side. It gets so bad I can't sleep. If I try to eat, the pain gets worse. My stool turns food dye green when the pain starts. I also feel feverish, overheat, and start sweating. These symptoms usually last a week to a week and a half.
I've had an endoscopy and colonoscopy, they both came out clean. I've had CT scans and ultrasounds, they showed my liver, gallbladder, and pancreas were fine. My alkaline phosphatase levels were high at 134 during my last attack.
During the 2 weeks when I'm not sick and in pain, I have barely any appetite and off and on pain in my URQ, and my stool is light green or sometime yellowish.
Are these gallbladder attacks?? I'm calling my doctor on Monday for a HIDA scan.

I went thru CATSCANS, bloodwork, ultrasounds and it was the HIDA test that showed what was going on with me. It will tell you how the Gallbladder is performing. My pain was a constant burning pain ALL over my stomach and back, affected my bowell movements, lost 27 lbs. I hope the hIDA test will enlighten you. Good luck !

So my HIDA scan is claiming my gallbladder is fine, with the ejection fraction 76%. Normal is usually between 35%-65%, although some consider over that normal. From what I've researched, 76% with my symptoms can be considered hyperkinesia, meaning an overactive gallbladder. I'm going to ask to have it out because having it out has helped people with overactive gallbladders

it can be gallbladder - or worse: blocked bile duct. This is not a problem that heals and goes away on its own. The only way to fix this is to have an ERCP/MRCP and have whatever is causing your bile attacks. They come on unexpectedly, are violent and quite alarming. Your green colored stuff is bile. Often when it comes out the "lower end" it's a very dark green at times. If it comes "up" it's usually neon yellow or green. This will happen every time you consume fat soluble foods. The experts say to eat beans as they are healthy, even beans without oil have caused me my most violent attacks. Go get in line for treatment, things are taking much longer so get on the list now- it may take a year or ? sooner depending how bad off you are.

My stool has been consistently green since September. It ranges from dark to light green and occasionally turns yellow. The pain in my URQ has now become permanent. It gets worse after I eat and goes up into my shoulder and down my back. I'm constantly nauseas, vomiting, and dry heaving.
I consulted with 2 surgeons who refused to help me because my scans showed nothing was wrong. I'm seeing my GI doctor again this week and am going to try to convince her to take it out since I'm pretty sure that's the problem.
