Gallbladder issues for almost two years

Hello, I am 22 years old and since I can remember certain foods have hurt my stomach. But more recently in the last two years the pain has gotten worse and now happens with almost all foods. I went to the doctor about a year ago and had ultrasounds done, they confirmed I had some gallstones but basically said they weren't going to do anything unless it got worse. Mind you I can barely eat food without feeling terrible. I take omeprazole every day (bought at Walmart), I know its not good to take it for so long but its the only thing that helps. I also should note that gallstones and gallbladder problems run in my family and several of my family members have had to get theirs removed. I guess I have a few questions for the community;
- How do I get a doctor to actually take me seriously and get me into a specialist and or surgery to get this taken care of?
- What is the process like for trying to get in for gallbladder removal? I have okay insurance but I'm also curious on prices.
- Does anyone also know if gallstones/ gallbladder problems can effect your heart? For example I started to develop heart palpitations and was diagnosed with having on going PVC's, have been having them since July of 2021. I'm curious if my gallbladder could be effecting this in anyway, I was put on beta blockers but they only slightly mask the palpitations.
P.s I know I'm a mess lol but thank you in advance for help!
