Gallbladder removal and still get pain! HELP!

Hi everyone. I had my gallbladder removed Aug. 18th. Been recovering really well until today(almost 3 wks post-op) when at 11am I got the exact same upper abdominal pain that radiates to my back as I had before the surgery. It lasted 5 hours, which is also the same as presurgery. I made a trip to the ER, blood work, ultrasound and it all came back good. So why the pain? The doctors think it was something I ate or drank. Had bacon for the first time in forever and had a margarita the night before. Could it really be that? I've been eating pretty healthy for the most part so I don't understand. Had the surgery so I wouldn't have anymore pain! What gives please help! Anyone relate?
