Hi Gemma, I have just seen your message about being told about your Osteoarthritis, similar to yourself my arthritis was confirmed to have accelerated, when i got ill with Gallbladder problems. my Doctor advised me it is common for a health condition such as arthritis to get possibly worse from dealing with my health being pretty bad whilst i had gallbladder problems.

I'm currently doing what i can to help myself, to help with the arthritis and alter my diet, exercise. in respect of my gallbladder symptoms and surgery this did not affect the treatment for me.

But always check in with your doctor so that they have all the details. I'm working on my own channel to help others this is certainly something to include and look into more.

hope this helps kind regards Joanne

    Hi Gemma117.

i have osteoarthritis too and in both hips i have bursitious. The gallbladder surgery will not effect your hips. I had my gallbladder out in February 2017. there is nothing to worry about. if your having the Larascopic surgery. It is a simple procedure. if you have any more question please ask me. Thank you and good luck.

I have had osteoarthritis since I was in my teens. I am 69 next week.

Had my gallbladder removed several years ago.

I don't think osteoarthritis will affect your gallbladder operation.

Hope you feel much better afterwards.

Take care and keep in touch
