Gallstones... anyone else got constant pain under right breast

Hi, I've been diagnosed with 'multiple tiny gallstones' and told I need to get my gallbladder removed.  I'm really concerned because my symptoms are not the 'typical' ones that most people I read about seem to experience, ie. most people seem to be ok, then next minute get terrible attacks of pain (usually after eating 'fatty food') and then after a certain amount of time the attack subsides and they're ok again.  I've not really had any problems with nausea and suchlike but i do have constant discomfort right under my right breast (it often hurts to wear a bra). At various times throughout the day this discomfort changes to a really intense pain in just this small area (often feels like there is something stuck right beneath my rib).  It also sometimes feels like a really deep bruise type feeling.  I'd just really like to know whether anyone else has this same problem as I'm seriously worried that it's something else other than gallstones.     Hi Carol, I have the same symptoms as you, I have this ache under my right rib for about a year, I have to stretch my right side to get any relief, doctors kept telling me there was nothing there , until it started radiating all down my side, last week I eventually got to see a Consultant, who thinks it could be gallstones , I get a lot of bloating as well, some days are worse than others,

    Waiting for ultrasound and tests, hopefully get sorted soon

    Hiya I have gallstones and pregnant at the same time so I can have mine out till I have had the baby but I get constant tightness in my chest and just under the breast and really bad back pain all in one it’s awful some people get different symptoms sometimes just don’t want to get out of bed it gets that bad 😢

    yes I have this I've not had attacks just pain on my right side feels like a bruise to touch can't sleep on right side etc hurts bending over aswell my doctor said its infection so just been put on antibiotics im waiting for gallbladder removal
