Gas and a bit of an embarrassing problem

Been on 100mg for 7 days. Side effects are horrible, but I am coping. Past 3 days I've had real bad gas. I know this is normal, but something embarrassing happened earlier. I went to release the gas but it was actually diarrhoea. I quickly got to the toilet in time but it was watery fluid. It didn't happen again after that.

Is that related to the sertraline? Prior to this happening I went on a a short walk to get out the house as I've been housebound since starting the tablets. The walk was fine except I had a few panic attacks.

Aside from that my bowels are usually normal.

    Yes that’s normal. It will pass. Doing walks really help. I’m now suffering from terrible heartburn.
