Hi just to let people know that I had surgery friday 13th November 2009, now 4st lighter at the moment. it has given me a new lease of life and I feel that I have been given another chance in life. i am enjoying every minute of it. If any one need to know more please contact me

    I've always wondered what happens after you've lost all the weight you need to? After all, they can't put your stomach back.

    What happens if, at some point in the future, you need to gain some weight and you only have a stomach the size of an egg?

    Yes, I've wondered that too. Am being pressured to have gastric bypass surgery and worry about the long term. Is there anyone out there who has reached their goal weight? If so,

    how do you maintain a healthy weight?

    Do you mind if I ask who you used? I am considering something similar but a band? any advise?
