I've been yoyo dieting for over 27 years - now I'm obese !

I started out a size 10!!!

I'm going down the road of gastric bypass .... Please join in with your thoughts and experiences , I'll share mine x

    Isn't it terrible that you are sold a product that doesn't work they won't fix or replace ... If it was a car .... They would have to! This is your health they should sort it out x thinking of you xxx

      Its a strange one the band. Any other medical

      Procedure they would just fix things and make them right.

      Wish id never had it done.

    I've been on this path for a while now.  My consultant is great as is the whole team that I have had supporting me.  They have taken a long time to help me make a decision as to whether I want bypass surgery or not.

    DO NOT let anyone else tell you what your choice should be.  Take time, this is a MASSIVE decision, it will change your life forever, not just weight but socialising, values.  Take every bit of support offered to help you make this decision.  If you get offered mindful eating go for it,  I hate counselling, dieticians etc. but all of these things have been important so far.

    I think that I am almost at the point that I will make my final decision.  But at least I know 100% that I have thoroughly explored the impacts.
