Gastritis 3 months and nausea

Hi. I was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer and gastritis in Jan, no H Pyrol. this was after being ill over Christmas with severe bloating, pain, IBS symptoms as well. this started with a possible reaction to lansoprazole which I'd been put on for acid reflux. The ulcer has now healed after endoscopy last week but the gastritis is still there and they now detected a small sliding hiatus hernia 1 cm.

I'm still suffering with continued nausea and burning stomach ,not quite all the time, but not far off. I'm on 20mg omeprazole, take probiotics, gone gluten free,no alcohol or coffee, not eating any high acid food . I am stressed as waiting for the results of CT scan because of weight loss.

is anyone else dealing with similar on going gastritis symptoms? I m not sure omeprazole is helping any advice on alternatives.
