Gastritis

i was diagnosed celiac about 2 years ago and have been gf since i normally eat fresh foods and i dont drink alcohol or caffiene. after diagnosis i was still having excruciating stomach pain, diarrhea, fast heart rate, throwing up and the chills. they put it down to gastritis and I've been on lots of different medication but it doesn't help. I'm at the point where I can't eat much more than 2 bites every few hours and sipping water causes extreme pain. my last flare up resulted in me calling an ambulance as I was throwing up blood and was in and out of consciousness. I don't have good days anymore every day is a struggle. I've had camera up both ends about 2 years ago and there sending me back for another endoscopy but can anyone give me some advice or any tips that you've found have helped.

I started on omeprazole and didn't work so they changed it to lansoprazole and that was the same so I was switched to famotidine but still having flare ups and still struggling to eat.
