does anyone have sudden fatigue and weakness with there gastritis ?

yes!! im pleased its not just me. All of a sudden i get so weak i cant move and sooo tired

Such problems are probably called Fibromyalgia which occur with some people. These can be tackled to some extent by exercise like walking, jogging, swimming etc. You may read its details on computer and try such harmless remedies accordingly. Good luck.

Had this 2 years ago...turned out I had the H-Pylori infection...have you been tested for this.?..after a course of antibiotics..the weakness went away...it took a while for my stomach to heal..but I am back to normal now...
