Gastrointestinal problem that's not getting better.

I was diagnosed with H pylori more than a year ago and took the prescribed triple-therapy kit for two weeks. It worked for months later, I tested negative for H Pylori. However, the symptoms of a burning stomach, discomfort, feeling tired always have never disappeared. Sometimes i get very irritating discomfort and the docs still dont find h pylori. The symptoms do not get better even when i take antacids, esomeprazole or even Zantac. I also take the right foods( no acidic fruits, sugary or high fat foods). What might be the problem?

That’s awful. Sorry you are going through this.

I am really scared. Have had some same symptoms for 2 months, finally getting endoscopy next Wednesday.  Started with a tender spot under rib, then indigestion, lower intestinal cramps.  Really weird.

Hi, brand new to this site. I want to offer advise that I read and has worked for me. I started with pain and burning in my stomach, tested positive for hpylori was treated 3 rounds of antibiotic 2 weeks w/ ppi. After 2 months symptoms came back but tested negative for hpylori. Symptoms got real progressive and had me in a state of panic.Recently discovered the miracle of cabbage juice that has helped me more than everything. Its been 4 days and I can't believe the difference. You can make your own with cabbage and water taken about a cup 3x a day. Google it for yourself. Its amazing
